InnerTalk Subliminal CDs Review
InnerTalk are the makers of several different kinds of self improvement audio products. However, their main product range is subliminal CDs.
They clioam to use a unique patented approach to subliminal technology. Although this may well be true all we could find was back-masking (reverse messaging), stereo confusion and the usual embedded commands found in other subliminal products.
In fact we know of one type of subliminal CD that does it better!
InnerTalk technology uses the Whole Brain - i.e. both hemispheres. On each InnerTalk subliminal there are two different scripts being affirmed at the same time. One script is directed to the left hemisphere of the brain and is spoken in a life-affirming way i.e. "its okay to be self-confident". The other script is directed to the right hemisphere of the brain and is given in an authoritarian manner and played backwards.
This "Whole Brain" approach to subliminal learning addresses each hemisphere of the brain according to its function. All you will hear is gentle ocean waves or music and the occasional voice speaking. The affirmations will be almost inaudible to your conscious mind you really have to concentrate in order to hear them. However, your subconscious will effortlessly absorb the information and integrate it into your personal belief systems.
Eldon Taylor, the creator of the InnerTalk technologies, directs you to use the CDs for a minimum of an hour a day for 30 days. We found that playing them at low levels while asleep gave the most exposure with the least effort. For this reason it is best to chose the ocean waves soundtrack as the music can vary in sound levels and wake you in the night!

to name but a few. We used 9 titles, 3 of which are offered free of charge. We reviewed the scripts, which are well written, listened as directed and received varying results!
Although the Innertalk subliminal CDs seem to be professionally produced and well scripted they did not give us all the results we wanted.

Conclusion
InnerTalk have produced a relatively good product and have a great range of CDs to chose from. You can download free MP3s from their site to get you started or listen to a selection while you browse.
Using this subliminal technology will give you tangible results that are measurable but they often fall short of what you are aiming for.
