Spiritual Growth & The Ego
Do you understand what the ego is and how it is connected to you?

Although you will mostly identify with our ego throughout the day it is not the real ever-present and eternal being that you are!

For many years psychologist have tried to identify what the ego really is. However, for thousands of years spiritual teachings have told us that the ego is our greatest enemy.

The ego is really just a collection of thoughts that have grouped together to form beliefs. These beliefs are the foundation of the ego.

Beliefs are merely the replay mechanism of the brain. You put things in and they get played back to in the form of your beliefs and attitudes about life.

As you change your beliefs and release your negative thoughts and feelings you will find that your ego changes - your personality changes!

If you want to create more of the things in life that you believe will make you more content then you need to address the negative beliefs held within the ego and eliminate them.

Through tool such as The Sedona Method you can easily identify and start to eliminate the ego one negative feeling and belief at a time.
