How To Boost Your Confidence
Topic: Hypnosis
How To Boost Your Confidence
Many of us suffer from a lack of confidence. Even those of us with a high degree of confidence have times in our lives when we feel lacking and not quite good enough. Challenges tend to get greater the greater our confidence becomes – it just seems to be part of life on this planet.
When we lack confidence, or encounter a greater challenge, we need to bolster our self confidence and increase our self-esteem. Here are a few tips to make the transition from your current confidence levels to higher ones: 1. Use Neuro Linguistic Programming! There is a great NLP trick that can help you out when you are feeling a lack of confidence. Firstly remember a time when you were feeling ultra confident. Recall the exact details of that time in your head. See what you saw then, hear what you heard, sense what you sensed and feel how you felt then. Really step into your mental recollections as if you were back there now. When the feelings become intense and powerful put your forefinger against your thumb and mentally repeat the word “confidence” 3 times. Do this a further 3 times. Now do it every day for a month. What you are doing is “anchoring” the feeling of confidence to your hand gesture and the word “confidence” (mentally spoken 3 times). After about 30 days these feelings will become easily accessible to you by just putting your forefinger against your thumb and mentally saying the word “confidence” 3 times. This is a neat trick that always works. Incase you are dubious that something so simple could have such a powerful effect on your mind and body just think of a song that reminds you of some place or someone, the smell of perfume or cologne that does the same thing or the smell of food (such as fresh bread) that transport you back to a different time in your mind. “Anchoring” happens naturally in everyday life. It is just how are brains work. So use it to your advantage with the above technique. 2. Use Self Hypnosis! Self hypnosis is one of the most effective ways to increase your confidence. It has a proven record for building confidence, and self-esteem, quickly, effectively and permanently! There are some great pre-recorded self confidence hypnosis sessions available that will build your confidence levels quickly. 3. Use Autosuggestion! Try affirming your confidence every day.
Write out 100 times “My self confidence is growing stronger every day in every way”. As you write down this affirmation try to evoke the feelings of confidence and really believe what you are writing! 4. Try Visualization! This one works a treat and is amazingly powerful. It is also an NLP technique that is very fast working. First imagine that you are at a movie theatre. Now on the screen in front of you project a scene from your life when you were LESS than confident. Run this mental movie a few times. Then, see the movie again but drain out the entire colour and make it black and white. Then shrink the image on the screen until it is no bigger than a postage stamp. Now slide the image to the left of the screen until it eventually disappears. Next see a small colourful image start to appear from the right and grow larger. This is a movie of you being super confident. See yourself looking and feeling confident in a situation that would usually frighten or intimidate you. Imagine the image fills the screen as the colours get more vibrant, the sounds get louder and everything becomes more life-like. Run this movie several times. Then step into the screen. Step right into that other you and see what they see, hear what they hear and FEEL what they feel. How does it feel to be this “other” more confident you? Perform this visualization every day for a few weeks and you will be amazed at the results!

What is Personal Growth?
Topic: Personal Development
When people first embark on a quest for personal growth they are sometime overwhelmed buy the amount of information available to them. Sometimes this information is even conflicting! One thing a person learns quickly is that there is no one formula that defines the path to personal success. In fact personal growth to me may be something completely different to you and Joe Blogs down the road. Therefore it is not surprising that there are a myriad of ways to enter a personal development path.
Every one of us has different values, desires, goals and priorities. This means that different situations, circumstances and people will make us feel differently as compared to one another. Personal growth begins with a personal development plan that you must create yourself. You must identify what you want form life. Then you must set some goals about attaining those things in life that you truly want for yourself – not what you think you should want or what others want for you! We all have different strengths and different weaknesses you must be honest and find yours. Once you know you your strengths you can use them to help you reach your goals and overcome the inevitable challenges that you will face along the way. When you also identify your weaknesses then you can work to overcome them, side-step them or seek help for a competent person who has no such weaknesses – this is the mark of not only a truly honest introspective person who is determined to reach his goals but also the mark of a leader! Personal growth really just means bettering yourself. You set a goal for yourself and create a plan to attain it. Then when you are presented with obstacles that you cannot overcome you work on your own weaknesses to develop the necessary personal talents to win in the end. By pursuing goals that are important to and never giving up you are forced to become a better person due to the problems you must overcome. By working on yourself to become the type of person who can achieve the goals that you have set you will grow in many different ways and mature as a spiritual being in the process. Personal growth is really just self improvement but starts with personal development. By developing yourself and aspects of your life to make them better you inevitable improve yourself while you are doing it. Therefore if you ever want to live a life that you made to order you must be willing to accept self improvement as part of your goal-setting and goal-getting processes. You must be willing to grow as a person! This is personal growth.

Would you rather be right or would you rather be successful? In each of us there is a little inner critic that loves to cause havoc with our goals. That little engaging voice that constantly tells why we can’t succeed and fills us with fear just loves to be right! Your ego, which is merely a collection of all your past thoughts and feelings, can only justify its existence through suffering and pain. It creates problems for itself just so that it can solve them in order to justify its preconceptions and beliefs. Your ego loves problems! It thrives on them. If you lived in a world without problems or things to complain about your ego could not survive. This is one of the reasons many spiritual disciplines strive to “kill” the ego and free the spirit within. When you quiet that egotistical inner critic you free yourself to have, be and do whatever you want in life. In order to feel worthy the ego has to be right! At the expense of everything else that you want in life the ego will do anything and everything to protect its own existence. Remember the ego is merely a collection of beliefs, thoughts and emotions in the subconscious mind. If you eliminate these subconscious programs you can eliminate the ego and its need to be right about all the terrible things in your world! So would you rather be right or would you rather be successful and happy?
The ego can only see things in a black and white way. As far as the ego is concerned things can only be either good or bad, and either right or wrong. It has no real judgement or analytical abilities. It does not see the grey area that exists in all life. For example, for you to have more money the ego tells you someone else has to lose some. By gaining more money you are depriving someone else of it. But this is complete erroneous thinking. If you were to gain the money to build a mansion would that money be depriving someone else? Would it be lost to the masses? No! To build the house you must give some money to the construction workers, electricians, carpenters etc., and in that way the money flows. Then they in turn give money to the baker for their bread and farmer for their milk. The money just gets recycled and you get a mansion. But the ego would have you believe you are living in luxury and it’s your fault people are living on the streets! You created this little monster and only you can destroy it! So when you find yourself trying to protect your individual rite to be right stop and think for a moment. Are you feeding your ego? Would you rather be right or would you rather be happy? The truth is your ego is responsible for all your troubles and all your sorrow. It justifies its existence through your pain and suffering and deprives you of your birthright – your unlimitedness! Would you like to claim the unlimited bounty that was set aside for you from birth and start to experience the life of your dreams? Positivity!
Topic: Personal Development
We have all heard about the power of positive thinking. If we could all think positive all of the time then we would live in a world without problems. Disease, hunger, violence and poverty would be history if only we could remain positive 100% of the time. However, we all know that staying positive even 50% of the time is an up-hill battle! When we are faced with the inevitable challenges that life hands us it can be hard to turn the negatives in life into to positives. We tend to judge things by what we see and are therefore living our live in a reactionary manner. Instead of being the creators of our world we are the subjects of it! However, if you truly wish to live a healthy, wealthy, well-adjusted and fulfilling life, filled with joy and happiness then it is imperative that you develop a healthy, joyous, prosperous and well-adjusted attitude about yourself, others and life in general! I have included in this post a few tips to help you develop a more positive attitude. Although there are many ways to change your outlook, and this is not an exhaustive list, following the guidelines will help you enormously and lead you on the path to positivity. 1. Examine the Effects of Your Negativity! Examine how your negative thoughts have influenced your decision and your actions. Think over your past failures and “hurts”. How where you thinking and feeling prior to the events that unfolded? If you take honest introspection of yourself you will find that you where thinking negatively and probably expecting the worst to happen. This in turn affected your actions which then affected the results you got! 2. Examine the Effects of Your Positivity! Next examine those times when you succeeded or where very happy, joyous, excited or in love. How were you thinking and feeling prior to those events? How you were thinking and what was your emotional state during those times? When you review your past experiences, honestly, from these two perspectives you will find that your negative thoughts and feelings played a major role in your negative outcomes. Conversely, your positive feelings and thoughts played a major role in your positive outcomes. This simple exercise should give you the motivation you need to stay positive as much as you can! 3. Surround Yourself with Positive People! Try to surround yourself with positive people as much as you are able. It is true that negative people “bring you down”. We are all vibrational creatures composed on vibrating energy that affects the vibrations of things and people around us. The atoms that make-up your body are vibrating a very specific frequency. Interact with someone who has a low vibration and only one of two things can happen; you can raise their vibration or they can lower yours! Unfortunately, due to the nature of our species and the current spiritual development of the human race, negativity is all around us. You see it on the television, hear it on the radio and witness it at every corner. Therefore the chances of you raising the vibration of a negative person are slim – it is much more likely that your vibration will be greatly lowered! So seek the company of positive people who uplift you and support you! 4. Redirect Your focus! Take your focus away from the things that you do not like and place it on the things you do like. Focus is one of the most powerful abilities you have and if you direct it correctly you can change your entire life. Stop concentrating on everything that is wrong and start to look for those things that are right!
Begin by recalling all the things you are grateful for. Make a mental or physical list and really get into tat feeling of gratitude! Do this each morning before you even get out of bed and it will place you into a positive mood for the rest of the day. Do it each night as you fall asleep and you will awaken rested, refreshed and ready for a new day filled with optimism and joy! Would you like to eliminate your negative thoughts and feelings at their root within seconds – guaranteed? Then visit Sedona Method and find out how to do it with a sample process now!

Influencing The Subconscious Mind
Topic: Personal Development
A lot has been written about the subconscious mind. We know that it regulates the human body with perfection - any imperfection that there seems to be is due only to the subconcious programs and blueprint we hold in mind for the body. It is not the failure of the subconscious mind to regulate the body, it is our failure to give it the correct instructions to follow! Apart from the obvious role the subconscious mind plays in the body it is also responsible for many of our mental behaviours. All automatic behaviours, whether it be driving a car or losing your temper, stems from programs (or beliefs) held in the subconscious mind!
If we wish to change our automatic behaviours then it is necessary to gain access to the subconscious part of the mind and affect change at this deep level of consciousness. By changing how we feel and think about something at a subconscious level we find that our automatic behaviours change. As our behaviours (or actions) determine what results we get in life or any given situation it stands to reason than when we change our behaviours the results we get change also. For this reason the self improvement industry relies very heavily on methods, means, tools and techniques that are designed to reprogram the subconscious mind - with the exception of the Sedona Method which is designed to eliminate negative programs from the subconscious mind! The simple truth is: when you change the subconscious mind you change your entire world! Gaining access to, and altering, the subconscious programs that run on automatic is the main role of any self improvement program. Thus the development of self hypnosis, mind machines and binaural beats, to name but a few, have lead us to the brink of a leap in consciousness. Mankind is starting to discover that we truly do live in a "mental world" and that everything around us is merely a reflection of what is inside us! If you want to change your outer world you must first change your inner world. For centuries this was an easier process in many ways because people were not encumbered by modern stresses and strains or the fast-paced level of our current existence. However, although we live in more complicated times that our ancestors we do have many advantages over them when it comes to personal growth. Modern scientific programs, such as Holosync is a perfect example of ancient spiritual and personal growth techniques meeting with modern technology. Through this powerful, life-changing, set of scientifically produced audios it is possible to enter the deepest states of meditation within minutes and begin to restructure the neutral network of the brain to create profound and lasting changes in our behaviours, thoughts and automatic emotional reactions. If you have not started to reprogram your subconscious then I urge you to investigate at least one of the methods mentioned in this post. I promise you that any one of them is capable of changing your life in positive ways for the benefit of yourself, your family and the world at large!

The Forgotten Law of Manifestation
Topic: Personal Development
When people first learn of the law of attraction they get excited (and should they should). The though of being able to create your reality to order is a very exciting prospect. However, many of the writings on this powerful universal law leave out one very important aspect of any plan to use this law! One of the biggest mistakes "law of attraction" gurus make, and thus lead their unwitting students to make also, is that they believe “intention” is all that is needed to use the law of attraction! They teach that thoughts create reality (which they do) but fail to go into any further detail. They merely teach visualization techniques which very often fail or even produce the opposite results! This is a major reason why so many people fail to manifest their intentions. Even if people follow all the other manifestation steps that re necessary for attaining your desires they will fail if they miss the step outlined in this article! It is true that intention is powerful! So let’s say you set your intention and begin visualizing your goal. You also create strong positive emotions and get into the “feeling place” of already having your goal? Will you get it? Probably not!
Let’s say you take all the above steps and even use another manifestation step (which is also often forgotten) and you remove your subconscious blocks to success and the attainment of your desire! Will you get it? Well, you are much more likely to have a more favourable outcome by just including the step above but you will still probably fall short of your mark! Why? Because you are not taking one of the essential steps in the process of manifestation without which it is highly unlikely any manifestation will take place. What is this step?
The truth is this step is very simple and can be summed up as follows: Taking action is part of the manifestation process! In order to experience the complete manifestation of your intention, you must be willing to take some sort of action steps towards your goal no matter how small those action steps are! The Universe, and the law of attraction, responds to action. Action is the means by which we experience the manifestation of our desires. We are the channels by which the process of manifestation occurs. Everything in the universe is in a constant state of “flux” or action! Therefore you must take action if you want to achieve your goal. Sitting visualizing 24/7 will get you nowhere – fast! The truth is: the universe will open doors for you where there were only walls if you take even the smallest step towards what you want. I have seen in my own life that even the smallest action steps can have huge ramifications later on. Before I knew how to take positive action these ramifications could be extremely negative. Now, knowing that even small steps in the right direction will lead me to where I want to go I take small steps everyday and sometimes huge steps. So, whenever you work with the law of attraction just remember to take action!

Media Fear Mongering?
Topic: Personal Development
We are taught in the self improvement arena that to create abundance in our lives we must first see abundance in our minds. However, sometimes it is hard to notice all the abundance when the world at large is constantly showing us all the lack! A fast peek at the news today will confirm this. It is clear to see that our society is being guided into a serious "lack" mentality and being lead to accept a "scarcity" mindset.
Now, the Law of Attraction works through focus; what you place your focus on tends to expand in your life. So if your focus is repeatedly being drawn to what you do not have, or what you lack in your life and the fear that what you already have may be taken away from you, there can be only one outcome – lack and loss!
If you doubt this, just consider the stories which are making the news right now. A world recession is said to be affecting the entire planet and it is apparently the worse recession anyone has ever experienced (although they tend to forget about The Great Depression. Wasn’t that the worst?)! The downfall of the banking and lending market worldwide, the credit slide in the United Kingdom and fall of housing prices and sales in the USA and UK are all said to be affecting the economy. Repossessions are at an all time high. Wage demands in both private and non-private sectors are being quashed as business lose massive amounts of turn-over while the price of oil, gas and basic foods sky-rocket out of control. What on earth is going on? Now, just like in The Great Depression there are fortunes being made everyday! Some people are not being “hit” by this recession and most likely will never be hit by any! Why? Because they just refuse to “buy into it”! The people who thrive during economic crises are those people who maintain a “prosperity consciousness” and eliminate all form of lack from their minds! Everyone of us was born displaying these same qualities. However, peers, parents, siblings and the world at large (not to mention the media!) have trained us to think differently! We were born with a surplus mentality, secure in the realization that we reside in an abundant universe of which we are a part and that it is our natural state to be prosperous. All we have to do is allow that prosperity and abundance to come to us. Courses like the Sedona Method and the Release Technique teach us that our natural state is one of unlimitedness and abundance. It’s time we embraced this and starting living life from a feeling of “having” rather than a feeling of “wanting”. The problem lies in your subconscious mind. It is filled with so much negative programming that it can be hard to resist “buying into” the crap that the media spew out at us. Do you know that a recession is not just caused by the collapse of the banks and lending but because people are so fearful (because they buy into the media fear-mongering) that they stop spending money?
Let’s look at this from a simple perspective: When Joe decides to “play it safe” and not buy a coat from Suzy, then Suzy can’t afford to buy a new TV from Hank and so Hank can’t afford to buy a pair of shoes from Sid. Before you know it everyone is feeling the lack and trying to stop their own spending and they all lose their jobs because no-one is buying their products! I know this is an over-simplification but I’m sure you get the point! Fear lies in the subconscious mind and is the father of “lack”! So my advice is to clean up your subconscious mind and turn off the TV!

Benefits of Self Hypnosis
Topic: Hypnosis
Hypnosis sometimes appears to be exotic, mysterious, and even perhaps a bit magical. So it is tough for many people to even consider using self hypnosis, and to grasp how they can personally benefit from the guidance of a skilled hypnotist. The truth is - hypnosis isn't magical, and it is only confusing when you do not know how it works.
Hypnosis is no more exotic or puzzling than watching a movie. Hwy do you think you can get so engrossed in a film and connect deeply with the characters? It is because you are in a light state of trance and the film become believable at an unconscious level. It is a totally natural phenomena. In fact, hypnosis is totally a natural state that everyone experiences on a daily basis. At a minimum, you are in a hypnotic state at least twice a day and almost always more! You pass a trance state just before you fall asleep, and just as you are waking. You will also experience differing levels of trance and self hypnosis as you gaze into your television set! In fact the TV is the greatest hypnotist on planet Earth! You also experience hypnotic states when you drive to a well known destination but do not remember the actual drive because you were engaged in some other mental activity!
It is true that stage hypnosis can be extremely funny and highly entertaining. The comedic antics of hypnotized audience members can have you rolling about the floor with laughter as the hypnotist works conscientiously to keep hypnosis mysterious because it’s all part of the show.
But if this is the only exposure you have had to hypnosis you are missing out on a lot! Self hypnosis has lots more practical uses that can greatly benefit many areas of your everyday life. Here is 5 simple ways you can use self hypnosis to help in your life: 1. Restful Sleep! Hypnosis is incredibly effective for curing insomnia. The vast majority of people need just one session. Even those who have suffered from insomnia for many years have experienced immediate positive changes in their sleeping patterns. 2. Altering Beliefs. This is one of the best uses for self hypnosis. Actually changing negative beliefs that have held you back can dramatically improve your life. Your beliefs are the things that determine your thoughts and your actions. Change your beliefs and you change your thoughts and actions and thus you will change the results you get in life! 3. Eliminate a Bad Habit. Would you like to stop - smoking, biting your nails, or some other habit that you have been unable to break? The subconscious mind is responsible for maintaining the desires that drive these habitual behaviours and accessing it, through hypnosis, means you can change those desires! 4. Cure a Phobia. Almost everyone has some sort of phobia from a fear of heights to a fear of spiders. Well a fear is merely a learned reaction to a genuine, or imagined, event. The fear takes place in the mind and therefore can be changed in the mind through self hypnosis!
5. Pain Relief. This is the most common medical use for hypnosis. The mind seems to play a very important role when it comes to the body. It seems to have direct control over just about every aspect of your physical self. Through the power of self hypnosis some people have cured ailments and removed discomforts. However, even if you cannot cure the body through the power of hypnosis you can certainly remove pain! Pain is merely the brains interpretation of electric impulses sent from the body and it can be trained to ignore them – thus removing the sensations of pain!

Moving Beyond Self Limitation
Topic: Hypnosis
This post is deigned to help you get out of your own way and remove your own self-imposed erroneous limitations. You truly are an unlimited being merely having a limited experience. If you were to realize your true nature, and experience the fullness of your natural state, your limitations would vanish immediately and you would have instant access to your own unlimited power – this is why the Masters refer to spiritual growth and union with the Self as “Realization”! We are a curious species the human race. It seems almost like insanity (which it may well be) that on occasions, when we obviously know the correct course of action to take yet we do something totally different! Or, when we know that one course of action will lead to heartache and pain yet we continue down that path anyway! It appears that a rational part of us wants one thing while another irrational, and emotional, part wants something else.
This is plainly obvious when we look at dieters. They profess to wanting to lose weight (which they do) but then go and grab another piece of candy! However, in most cases this self-defeating behaviour and self-sabotage occurs at much more subtle levels. We are all subject to following the guidance of our subconscious limitations which often slip in under our conscious radar!
The problem often lies with our own inner self-talk. That little voice within that tells you to eat the candy because you an always start your diet tomorrow! After all one piece of candy can’t hut, can it?
However, in life this self-talk is often ambiguous and stealth-like. It creeps in at moments when you are consciously at your weakest telling you that you can’t do something and that you are just not good enough! Then it continues to tell you that you will look stupid in the eyes of others so its best not to try.
These self-imposed thoughts of limitations only have power over us because we give them power. When you have a self-limiting thought do you dismiss like you would a petulant child or do you give it your “ears” and listen intently as though it were some wise sage telling you the deepest secrets of the universe. Unfortunately, for most of us, it is the latter! There are several ways to neutralize these self-limitations and eliminate them at their root. By far the most effective is the Sedona Method, which is an instantaneous way to remove the cause of these limiting thoughts and beliefs merely by removing your emotional connection to them. You can also personifying them as an inner gremlin or sprite. Both are great metaphors for dealing with limitations as the mind loves symbolism; whether you realise it, or not, your mind thinks in pictures not words!
There are a few NLP techniques that are used almost exclusively in hypnotic sessions but work excellently when they are used alone. The first thing to do is look out for recurring negative patterns. Listen for the inner voice that tells you that you aren’t good enough, that you want another piece of candy, or that you can’t do it etc. Imagine that there is a little gremlin or playful sprite telling you these things and name it!
Call it something extremely silly like “Gerty Get Real Gremlin” or “You Suck Sprite” or “Candice Can’t Do”. Anything that represents the limitation being proposed along with a silly name will do. Now give your little “friend” a silly high pitched voice that speaks quickly. Imagine your little gremlin or sprite and see what it looks like. Now, if its male put a dress on it. If its female put a clown’s outfit on it or dress it like a leprechaun (not the one from the movie – a funny one)! Give it a funny accent! Notice that your little “friend” is actually trying to help you; i.e. keep you from being made to look like a fool, trying to stop you getting hurt, avoiding major disappointment, etc. The most insidious gremlins and sprites appear the most reasonable. Don’t be fooled. These are the ones that need the most attention and “dressing up”. Internally, thank your little “friend” for his advice but decline to accept it. Do this in your mind, we don’t want you looking insane talking to your invisible friend (but perhaps that is just my “Donny Don’t Do It” gremlin talking.J). You will soon find these self limitations losing their power over you until they eventually disappear. However, if you would like to reach your goals in double-quick-time then there are faster ways to remove your inner limitations. Would you like to eliminate your subconscious blocks instantly and start to reach goals that now look like they are impossible with a guaranteed method that always works! Setting Goals
Topic: Personal Development
I remember reading some research which suggested that people who write down their goals are about 80% more likely to reach them. Why is this the case? What's the power behind writing down your goals and why are you more likely to reach them just by performing this simple exercise which takes only a few minutes? It seems that when we put something down on paper in black and white we are making a strong commitment to ourselves (and possibly others) the we intend to carry-out our plans. As no-one wants to be seen as a liar, a failure or a cheat (people who do these things will go to extraordinary lengths to justify their actions). The social stigma of not following through, even if it is just in our own eyes, is enough to spur even the laziest person to follow through on their commitments!
Therefore, for a great many people, it seems to be a particularly tough thing to simply write down their goals. At a subconscious level they know that they are making a commitment when they put their goals down on paper and fearing that they will not follow-through they simply avoid the exercise! However this very simply exercise and act of confirming our commitment to a goal we have set is a strong and extraordinarily effective way for helping you stay on track. Now, merely writing down your goals and hiding the paper will do you no good. The goal must be placed somewhere where you will see it everyday! This acts as a reminder of what we are reaching for and the commitment to attaining it that we have given! The power of writing down goals really lies in the fact that they will then act as a road map. Seeing your written statement everyday gives you a guideline to follow. There a few ways to use this exercise. Many people write their goal as an affirmation and word it in a way that reflects the goal as having already been accomplished. For example, “I run a successful Internet business, which fulfils me creatively, spiritually and offers me a net income of $150,000 per year”, may be a goal that is worded in the present tense. Other people make a goals list. On the list they write down all of the things they want to achieve. As the list remains in front of you, it is a constant reminder of what it is you wish to accomplish. As you accomplish goals on the list it is just a matter of scoring them off. This also acts to motivate you as you can see your own progress!
The act of writing down your goals and placing them in plain sight, is that they stay constantly in your mind you and, as is the case with human nature, will trouble you if they remain unachieved. This simple psychological quirk of human beings means you will be spurred into action even when you do not want to be active around your goal-achieving tasks! In addition, if you don't put your goals down on paper, the likelihood is that you will simply forget them. If we don't have a consistent reminder of things you want to achieve you will have a tendency to simply forget them or fail to carry-out the actions needed to achieve them!
So the morale of this post is simple; write down your goals. Put them somewhere where you an see them everyday and then take action on them! Would you like a scientifically proven way to reach any goal you set – guaranteed? Visit Release Technique and start achieving all your goals today!
