2 Secrets to Using the Law of Attraction
Topic: Personal Development

The law of attraction is a strange and wondrous thing. When you first encounter the many teachings on this law they all tend to say the same things – think of what you want, visualize it and evoke strong emotions. Then, hey presto, as if by magic your wish is granted. Unfortunately, we both know it just isn’t that easy!

If thinking about what you wanted and feeling good about it was enough to manifest your dreams then all the daydreamers in the world would live in fabulous mansions and vacation 5 times a year. Unfortunately, for the day dreamers, it would look as though the law of attraction is broken!

The mind is an EXTREMELY powerful tool and it CAN manifest your dreams but not on its own! We are not the spiritual stage in our evolution as a species to think things into existence just yet! Perhaps w never will be.

However, we can use the power of the subconscious mind, combined with the power of the law if attraction, to manifest every single dream we have. However, we must be willing to do 2 things that the vast majority of “law of attraction teachers” never tell you.

1.     TAKE ACTION!

2.     REMOVE YOUR  SUBCONSCIOUS  BLOCKS!

The truth is; visualization does work. Affirmations do work. Creating strong emotions while picturing a successful outcome does work! Developing faith that you will achieve your goals does work!

In fact, almost every personal development technique, method and tool will work and to HELP YOU achieve your goals, dreams and desires.

However, without taking action these approaches will just make you feel good and gain you nothing on their own. Our physical reality is built upon the laws of action! Performing mental exercises will bring you many physical opportunities but they will never translate into the realization of your desires unless you act on them!

The power of mental exercises and using the law of attraction is to remove the obstacles that stand in your way and help path a smooth path to your goal. When obstacles do appear you will be given the means to overcome them. This takes me to my next point and it is point number 2 mentioned above. The biggest obstacles you ever face when you set a goal, go after an objective or try to manifest your dreams is the subconscious blocks that reside deep in your mind!

These subconscious blocks act to deter you from action and will sabotage your every move if they are not eliminated like roots in a garden. This is such an important point, THAT CANNOT BE OVERSTRESSED that you should learn as much about it as you can.

Courses such as the Sedona Method, dedicate themselves wholly to finding and removing these insidious subconscious programs that are literally running your life!

The bottom line is this:

Action alone will bring you nothing. Using the law of attraction techniques alone will bring you nothing. Removing your subconscious blocks will bring you many good things in life and alter your life in many positive ways. However, combining the three will bring you WHATEVER YOU WANT!

Do you want to learn how to manifest abundance, prosperity and unlimited happiness? Then read about the Release Technique and prepare to be amazed!

Stress
Topic: Personal Development
Stress is one of the biggest problems in our modern technological age. Although many great break-throughs have been made in science and medicine we are suffering more from stress now than at any time before in history. Stress can cause serious damage to our mental and physical health. In fact, it is even a killer!      There's no question that stress affects everyone and can even affect children. Most of the time we blame the causes of stress on external factors. We like to lay the blame of stress firmly at the door of work, financial constraints and other people and a myriad of other things. We like to pass the responsibility for our feelings onto something or someone else. But, let's face it, it’s you that plays the most significant role in the amount of stress and anxiety you feel because you choose to react to things in a stressful way.            It is your attitude that determines the amount of stress you have in life. You attitude plays such a key role in your levels of stress because it is based on you beliefs, thoughts and feelings. How you chose to focus your attention determines your attitude and thus your levels of stress.             Altering your attitude is the key to controlling stress and anxiety. By changing how you focus your attention you can determine how much stress you allow into your life. For example, you can see set-backs as problems or you can view them as challenges. Looking at obstacles as problems can become stressful because you immediately see the problems involved. However, when you change your focus, and thus your attitude, you don’t see problems you only see challenges and are therefore more focused on how to deal with the problem at hand rather than the problem itself!                If you can go a step further and actual see a positive end-result you will find the solutions seem to appear all by themselves. This significantly reduces your stress levels. Stress is actually a result of not believing that you can cope with the challenges before you. So when you keep a positive attitude and focus on the solutions instead of the problems you feel more in control. Thus you will reduce your feelings of stress.                   One fast way to alter your attitude and redirect your focus is by releasing your negative beliefs through techniques like the Sedona Method or Release Technique.  By eliminating your negative beliefs you will remove your negative thoughts and the anxious and unwanted emotions that are connected to them.                The first step to stress reduction is to identify what actually stresses you out. Recall a stressful experience and you will find that it’s your internal mentally generating image of events that caused you stress and not the events themselves.                  By identifying such a time you can review how you felt about what was occurring and what you expected to happen. This will help you to redirect your focus on the solutions and not the apparent problems you were likely looking at.                   Would you like to reduce your stress to a manageable level or even eliminate it completely from your life? Then you should visit stress relief hypnosis.

Personal Growth
Topic: Personal Development

Personal growth is a strange thing. What does it really mean?

When I first encountered personal development and self improvement I thought the concept of personal growth was about being more spiritual (even though I really didn't know what that meant).

personal growthSo I decided I would venture down the path to enlightenment by creating a better physical world starting with my own circumstances. I would become rich and successful and then take carte of my personal growth.

Setting goals was new to me as I have never been taught how to go after my desires before. The concepts of mind over matter, thoughts having the ability to create reality and the promise that I could direct my own destiny were exciting to me.

It wasn't long though before I discovered it wasn't as easy as the $20 dollar esoteric and metaphysical books had promised. However, the promise that I could attain my heart's desires enthralled me and motivated me to keep searching.

There was no Internet back then. In fact, even though I am only 39, there weren’t even mobile/cell phones! The world was a larger place and the ability to get knowledge was a harder task.I spent my first 20 years searching mostly in vain. I did come across many wonderful tools, techniques and methods that help me better myself as a person and relate more productively with the world around me. However, I had yet to find my "magic personal growth bullet".

As I grow older and wiser I realised that you cannot better your exterior world until your inner world is made better. It seemed that personal growth and outward success (or manifestation of one's desires) went hand in hand.

So, I set about making myself a better person! This had profound changes in my life. Everything got better for me (except my finances) due to my new attitude. However, I still had many issues to deal with and it always seemed like an up-hill struggle.

That' s when I discovered the Sedona Method and for the first time I realised why I had been unable to achieve most of mu physical goals. I also realised why, when I had made some break-through in my own beliefs, my life had dramatically improved.

I, just like you, have a subconscious mind. But mine was filled with negativity that I was trying to veneer over with hypnosis, affirmations, visualizations etc. It was like emptying good fruit into a vat filled with rotting fruit - all the fruit goes bad and you have more mess than you began with.

By learning to remove my "bad fruit" and clearing my subconscious mind of its negativity (an on-going task to be sure) I was able to make MASSIVE leaps forward in my own growth.

Later I discovered that there was another course, which derived from the same original teacher, called the Release Technique which allowed me to remove my inner limitations to reaching my physical goals. The rest, as they say, is history!

Controlling Your Feelings
Topic: Personal Development

Emotions are an extremely potent force on our lives. There is no question that the way we feel is reflected in our thoughts and everyone knows that our thinking determines our actions. As the results we get in life our in direct proportion to the actions we take (or do not take) then it becomes obvious that our emotions are responsible, to a large degree, for the experiences we have in life.

Let us take anger as an example!

Most of us get angry at some time or another. The degrees of anger differ from person to person and situation to situation.

However, why do some people fly off into an uncontrollable rage while the rest of us can control our anger to some degree?

People who are prone to lose their temper, often have sever negative self-talk. Negative internal dialogue can cause real damage to anyone but to the person who is prone to anger is highly susceptible to its negative effects.

Any type of negative self-talk is more often that not based on purely false assumptions and misinformation. When an anger person, by nature, allows his own negative self-talk to drag him deeper into anger the consequences can be dire or even life-threatening to another.

The poet Emperor of Rome, Marcus Aurelius, summed up anger very well when he said, "How much more grievous are the consequences of anger than the causes of it."

The problem with angry people is that they dwell on negative self-talk about themselves and others. Then when someone says something that they feel is “out of turn” or “negative” they feel that it is a reflection of themselves and is directed solely at them.

Angry people take almost everything that is said to them as a personal insult. However, nobody can put us down or make us feel like worthless without our permission.

Every one of us allows ourselves to get angry by using our self-talk to confirm that the other person is belittling us, insulting us or trying to control us in some way. However, if we did not feel that the person was in some way correct we would not respond with anger! However, because we feel we have been challenged in a way that brings out our own insecurities we feel that anger is the only response to regain control and some sense of self-worth!

However, rarely do the words or actions of others have the sole purpose of hurting us. People rarely have a vested interest in telling us that we are worthless. An angry person must get to the stage where they can hear what is being said by the other person and stop projecting their own insecurities on their words. Basically we all use our own personal experiences, beliefs, thoughts and feelings to interpret other people’s words.

Our internal attitude of beliefs, thoughts and feelings, which is based on our past experiences, taints how we see the world and other people.

Angry people have a very distorted view of other people and therefore project this attitude onto others feeling that they are intentionally trying to demean them.

Anger is basically an extension of the feeling of being out of control. It is a way of trying to regain your control over others and situations. However, its effects are very much the opposite.

Do you want to eliminate anger from your life completely – whether it be your own on the anger of others? Then go to the Sedona Method or Release Technique and see how easy it can be to release the negative thoughts and feelings that cause your anger!

Prosperity Consciousness
Topic: Personal Development

Did you know that there are a great many people who have lost their millions after winning the lottery? In fact a huge amount of people who get unexpected financial windfalls end up financially worse off later!

Most of the unfortunate “lottery losers” who won multiple millions, including won woman who won the state lottery twice, were broke a few short years after winning.

Do you think a sudden surge of cash in your life would make things better for? Would you be able to hold onto your money?

People think that getting a large sum of money will solve all their problems. However, money can bring many additional problems of its own while only solving one – a lack of cash!

Why is it that a huge percentage of people that win the lottery, or get large unexpected amounts of cash, end up broke or in more debt than before they got the money?

Well the answer lies in the minds of those winners! And, the truth is if you do not have enough money now and you suddenly won the lottery your fate would probably be the same as theirs!  In order to attract and keep wealth you must have a mindset that is both favourable to attracting wealth and able to keep it!

Ever notice that people who started with very little, and through hard work and smart decisions, will quickly regain their wealth when they lose it? Think of Donald Trump! Why can Donald Trump go broke several times and yet he always ends up a billionaire again? Is this pure chance? Is it good luck? Or, is Donald Trump some sort of genius?

None of the above! It’s because he has a millionaire (or billionaire) mindset. People like Trump and Bill Gates and Richard Branson think like millionaires and they have thought that way long before they ever had that kind of money in their bank accounts.

If you wish to attract and KEEP money then you must develop a similar “prosperity consciousness”.  In other words, you cannot create wealth if your mind is constantly focused on poverty or lack of money.

If you stay focused on lack then you will attract lack even if you are lucky enough to win the lottery you will lose it al again as quickly as your subconscious mind can arrange it!  The fastest and most powerful way to develop the correct mindset for attracting and keeping wealth is by eliminating your subconscious blocks to prosperity. This can be achieved in many ways – probably the most effective being the Sedona Method.

Once you have cleared your internal negative beliefs then your actions will be much more positive and your decision making capabilities much in tune with wealth-building than wealth-losing.

Would you like to develop an attitude of abundance? Then begin to be grateful for what you already have!

Move your focus away from what you do not have and onto what you are already grateful for. Then begin to focus on those things you want – as though they were already yours.

This can done also through an attitude of gratitude! Evoke feelings of gratefulness as though your desires were already yours! Be thankful for them.

Release your subconscious blocks! Find and eliminate your negative unconscious thinking so that you are automatically always focused on the positive!

Do you want to want to create wealth and keep it? In fact do you want your wealth to grow everyday? Then read about the Release Technique and see how easy it can be to achieve this worthy goal!
