1. You must identify your desires.
We all know already what we do not want!. However by focusing on those things we get more them or attract them to us. None of us need to be poor, sick, or sad.
Unfortunately many folks cannot identify what it is they really want. As a consequence, they have a tendency to get more of what they do not want because this is where their energy and attention is focussed. Redirect your attention towards those things you do want starting NOW!
2. Visualize your desires.
Form the mental image of already having them. Make a mental movie of yourself, in the house, wearing the garments, doing the job, driving the auto or doing, having or being whatever it is that you want.
Are you aware that your subconscious mind can’t differentiate between what’s real and what’s imagined?
Research has measured the electric output of the brain in sportsmen both rehearsing an event as well as performing it and there is no difference in the brain activity between the imagined event and the real one. In fact for the first few seconds of the mental picture even the muscles respond as if it were real!
3. As you visualize feel all the good feelings!
This is not that hard if the thing you are visualizing is what you truly want!
Imagine yourself behind the wheel of that brand spanking new sports vehicle, feel the wind in your hair, the hum of the engine, the roar as you change gears, let the thrills excite you. Emotions are a key element in using the law of attraction to bring you what you want!
4. Make a vision board.
This is visual illustration of everything you want. It is a tool for visualisation purposes only. Use it to help you visualise your desires as though they were real! To create a vision board just get a piece of stiff cardboard and collect photos from magazines, articles, brochures. Put on it anything that will remind you of what it is you truly desire.
5. Adopt a attitude of gratitude.
Each morning and each night, ensure you recognize that for which you are truly thankful. This not only keeps you are in a positive state of emotion it also reminds you of how incredibly blessed you are. As Zen Masters tell us – it also puts you into direct communication with the creative Mind of the universe and makes it easier for you to attract what you want.
6. Set stepping-stone goals.
When you have clear intentions and target your objectives, there’ll be tiny signs everywhere that your dream is manifesting. Ensure you take some action to follow these signs. Always trust your intuition as it will steer you to make impressed choices. But also have some smaller goals that, if diligently followed, will lead you to your main objective one small step at a time.
Whatever you ask for, you shall receive it. It may not arrive at the timetable you plan for, but it is coming. You must have faith. This faith will be easy to acquire if you have performed your visualisations properly because the vision will be clear n your head – and the subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between what is imagined and what is real.
8. Know you merit it.
Work on your self esteem so that you know you deserve to receive what you are asking for. Many people’s biggest problem is accepting what they have asked for.
